Steps in Admission Procedure
School Visit by the Parents/Guardians
We believe that being concept school, we need to explain the school functioning thoroughly to the parents. Each prospective parent/guardian must know all that is needed to be known for a decision to be taken. Our staff is well trained in managing the school visit. The school visit has the following aspects:
1. Parent/guardian arrival and welcome at the School
2. Filling up the details in the enquiry form. Initial conversation in which the School overview is provided.
3. Collection of information about the children/s or ward/s whose education is being considered at the School.
4. Tour of the School is provided while ensuring that no classes and activities get disturbed.
5. Interaction with School Principal is organized for a detailed understanding of our philosophy, approach and goals.
6. Briefing about the admission process.
7. For those who are interested in moving ahead, submission of form with documents and provisional admission is provided with payment of fees.
Ensuring Availability of Required Documents as per the List
A duly filled Application Form should be submitted along with
the following documents at the School Office:
1. Original birth certificate while taking admission in Preschool Section and Original LC while taking admission in the classes after 1st .
2. Photo copy of Aadhaar Card of child and parents.
3. UDISE Number (Unified District information System for Education) from current school. Not Clear
4. Photocopy of the previous and current class Report Cards.
5. Photocopy of address proof and Parent’s Pan Card (original to be carried for verification).
6. Two passport-size photographs of the student.
7. One passport-size photograph of each of the parents.
Verification of the Form and Payment of Fees
All payments at the School can be made by cash, online transfer, or cheque payment. (Please mention the name of your ward, and contact number on the rear side/ back side of the cheque.) Send the screenshot of payment done through UPI /QR Code on 8530620505.
Admissions are on a first come first serve basis and seats are limited. Admissions will only be confirmed once the necessary documents and the first term fees payment is made. Fees once paid will be strictly non refundable.
